still working away at the character design...

Human characters weren't going so good, so I started moving onto robots and aliens!

I've been to life drawing again for the first time in ages. All these poses were 20 / 25 min. I'm looking forward to getting along to more sessions in the future!

Been too long since my last post... I've been working on several things that I don't really want to post: storyboards that are still in the really rough stages and buissiness cards for family.... BUT here are the beginnings of some character designs. I want the characters to be pretty real and relatable but still interesting and different, hmm.

Starting to pull it together... Needs abit more love and attention but it's getting closer!

Trying to get this one finished quickly so for the sake of time I have deleted the foreground space ship.... I figure if i can get the 'mothership' in the sky working properly then the image will still read ok... Just started putting in some colour and texture.. Early days yet , more on the way!

Trying to finish an environment started in Simons concept design workshop. I'l keep you posted!
